NYP Tennis Open Day 1
Hi guys , day 1 is overr ! grats to all the winners for today . please recheck your schedule and make sure you arrive on time tomorrow .
We had a number of walkovers today hence i would like to remind all participants that a walkover will be awarded to your opponent if you arrive more then 15mins late for your match . only valid reasons eg. still playing a match will be accepted .
Also , having a BYE in your draw means you automatically go into the next round of the draw . because you have no opponent for that round .
please feel free to contact any of the captains if you have any enquiries ..
For tomorrow's match they will all be at north courts . so please report there on time ... proper attire , shoes , your own racket and drink . for those in semi finals already , you will be playing first to 9 sudden death 8 all tiebreak deuce... otherwise , first to 6 sudden death 5 all tiebreak deuce ...
schedule is the same , so if you won your match , go look at the code and look for your schedule ... the updated results will be posted tomorrow .. thanks !

Here is the schedule and the draw again . there are some minor typo errors i had in the draw . it most probably wont affect most of you but to be safe , refer to this latest one i posted please .
Reminder :
during the nyp open , it is expected that you come down in PROPER sports attire , shoes , racket and your own drink .the organizers will not hesitate to disqualify anyone who does not meet the rules mentioned in the rules sheet .
it is PREFERRED you come down 15mins before your match and come signup . and a walkover will be awarded if you do not come 15minutes after your scheduled timing .

NYP Open Draw will be out by thursday , following the match timings on friday . please check the blog during these periods for your schedule . please be reminded that you will not be emailed the draw and it is your responsibility to ensure you turn up 15mins before your scheduled playing time to register or a walkover will be given .

Monday will be the last day for the nyp open registeration .. if you want to do some last minute registeration , come down to the north tennis courts ( near the stadium) after 5pm and look for HuiJin.. i know the rules form stated that you have to submit by 5pm , however i wont be free before that so im making an exception for this . i will be at the north courts till 9 .. so no excuses that you cant make it .. if youre lost or whatever , can call me at 83996203

The long awaited NYP Tennis Open is finally arriving ! the tennis team will be opening our booth from 10-12th may (tues-thurs) for you guys to sign up ! Please come visit us at our booth outside mac donalds !
